Role Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Discovery Paralegal to join our team at CoreBridge Solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building strong legal cases by conducting detailed investigations and gathering vital evidence. Your efforts will directly support our legal strategies, ensuring clients have the strongest possible case. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough fact‑finding investigations related to personal injury cases using online databases, public records, and other resources Perform detailed interviews with witnesses, clients, and other relevant parties, employing strong interpersonal skills and empathy Analyze and synthesize information from investigations and interviews, determining its relevance to our legal strategies Maintain meticulous records of findings, organizing evidence and documentation for attorney review Utilize investigative tools and case management software to track progress and manage case details efficiently Required Skills Proficient in gathering evidence and securing pertinent documentation Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a talent for eliciting useful information during interviews Capable of analyzing information critically and identifying inconsistencies Excellent note‑taking and record‑keeping skills; proficiency in organizing documentation Familiarity with investigative tools, databases, and case management software Strong commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Creative and critical thinking in problem‑solving, with the ability to adapt investigative strategies Preferred Skills Prior experience with tools like LexisNexis or Clio Experience with U.S. personal injury law processes Advanced analytical skills for synthesizing complex information Why Join CoreBridge Solutions?
