Job Description Es el responsable de ejecutar en campo la estrategia de las marcas y el plan de engagement con las cuentas clave a cargo, liderando al equipo bajo su responsabilidad y teniendo un conocimiento profundo del mercado, maximizando el cumplimiento de las ventas a corto y largo plazo, colocando al Px en el centro de todos los esfuerzos y operando dentro de Abbvie, de acuerdo con el código de conducta y políticas, leyes y regulaciones aplicables. Qualifications Participar en el Brand Team de las marcas a cargo, elevando las necesidades relevantes encontradas en campo. Empoderar a los KAMES/KIMES para el gerenciamiento de las cuentas a cargo y a su vez sean los coofacilitadores de los procesos dentro del IFT. Acompañar el desarrollo de competencias del equipo a cargo, (Generar un plan de cierre de gaps para cada miembro del equipo), (Plan de desarrollo). Coordinar y gestionar las actividades diarias del equipo de ventas, incluyendo la asignación de territorios, la fijación de objetivos y realización de seguimiento del desempeño. Construir y ejecutar por cuenta el objetivo de ventas definido por las marcas, (asertividad en el número). Cumplir los objetivos de ventas por marca/producto en las cuentas a su cargo. Gestionar el control de los inventarios/producto en las cuentas asignadas, (devoluciones y productos con fecha de expira corta) Lograr el cumplimiento de recaudo en cartera, notas crédito, saldos, de acuerdo con el objetivo asignado, en cada una de las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad. Ejecutar los planes comerciales en las cuentas a cargo y garantizar el cumplimiento de estos. Participar en la construcción de los account plan de las cuentas a su cargo y account Brand plan de las marcas priorizadas. Desempeñar un rol activo con liderazgo al interior del In Field Team como miembro del equipo de acceso y la gestión consultiva y transaccional en las cuentas asignadas logrando impactar el suministro de pacientes. Identificar oportunidades para trabajar de manera colaborativa con los colegas cros- funcionales, (Áreas de soporte, Business Operation, Cartera, Customer servicice, regulatorio, medical, comunicaciones, legal), para lograr los objetivos de la cuenta. Desarrollar, implementar, ejecutar los planes para las cuentas asignadas, con objetivos y actividades claros, optimizando la financiación y el acceso a los productos AbbVie. Intervenir a los principales stakeholders, tomadores de decisión del sistema integrado clave, (Aseguradores en el primer y segundo nivel red prestadora y operadores logísticos, IPS claves con APB), asignados a la zona para establecer planes estratégicos y tácticos, garantizando el acceso a Px. Additional Information Requisitos Contar con un historial de desempeño consistente con calificación overall mínima de 3. Conocer a los stakeholders influenciadores y tomadores de decisión en las cuentas claves a su cargo, (Asegurador, red prestadora, gestor farmacéutico operador logístico. Conocimiento de los cambios a futuro del sistema general de salud en Colombia. Contar con disponibilidad para viajar en correrías, ubicación indispensable en la ciudad base. Experiencia Experiencia de al menos 3 años en ventas en la industria y gestión de cuentas clave de biotecnología/farmacéutica al haber administrado varias cuentas en múltiples áreas terapéuticas. Conocimiento sólido de pagadores/proveedor en el contexto local relevante, así como del proceso de toma de decisiones. Experiencia en ventas dentro del sistema de salud, con productos de alto costo. Conocimiento Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint intermedio/avanzado, herramientas que promueven la conexión virtual y adaptación a la tecnología.
