About The Opportunity We’re relaunching a dormant drywall subcontractor business with the goal of building a $5M–$10M operation. We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Construction Estimator/Project Manager to act as the owner’s right-hand person and develop the estimating function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the estimating process from scratch. Analyze blueprints and prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall and exteriors projects. Manage bids, proposals, and project budgets. Support project management activities to ensure profitability and completion. Collaborate closely with the owner and US-based business development team. Ideal Candidate Minimum 3–5 years working for a US subcontractor Experience with drywall is ideal; exterior experience is also acceptable. Proficient in OST, Bluebeam, Planswift or similar estimating tools. Excel proficiency Strong blueprint reading and quantity takeoff skills. Professional-level English (capable of handling calls and emails fluently). Based in Colombia and able to engage closely with the owner. Experience working with subcontractors rather than only large General Contractors is preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Colombia time What We Offer Base salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month. Performance incentives: Significant bonuses ($20k–$30k tied to project/company profitability).
