Buscamos una persona altamente motivada y empática para unirse a nuestro equipo en la ciudad de Medellín como Asistente Ejecutiva/Administrativa.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Soporte administrativo: Programación, organización y gestión de agenda.
  2. Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
  3. Realizar llamadas de seguimiento regulares con los clientes para evaluar sus necesidades y satisfacción.
  4. Proporcionar actualizaciones sobre los planes de tratamiento y progreso.
  5. Ofrecer asesoramiento y apoyo en la gestión médica, según corresponda.
  6. Atender las inquietudes de los clientes y resolver problemas de manera rápida.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiencia relacionada con el cargo.
  2. Inglés: B2
  3. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  4. Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
Beneficios:
  1. Horario: Lunes a viernes 7am a 5pm.
  2. Salario competitivo.
  3. Contrato: Indefinido.
  4. Modalidad: Híbrida en la ciudad de Medellín.
