This role focuses on governance, consistency, and quality across pre-sales engagements, ensuring that service proposals are scoped accurately, risks are managed, and commitments align with delivery capabilities.Unlike traditional pre-sales management roles, this position does not initially include direct team leadership. Instead, you will exercise influence through functional coordination, governance, and collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Solution Architecture teams to ensure Professional Services engagements are positioned for success.**Location:** Colombia- Remote**You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:*** Centralizing and qualifying Professional Services pre-sales requests across the region, ensuring prioritization and alignment with strategic objectives.* Owning services scoping and effort estimation, validating delivery assumptions and identifying risks to ensure proposals are executable and profitable.* Acting as a technical and delivery enablement partner to Sales, supporting solution positioning without owning the sales lifecycle.* Providing solution architecture guidance and technical validation, ensuring feasibility and alignment with delivery standards.* Establishing governance frameworks and best practices for consistent, high-quality Professional Services proposals.* Collaborating with Delivery teams to confirm resource availability, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.* Reporting directly to the Regional Professional Services Manager, acting as a strategic extension of PS in pre-sales engagements.**You will be a great fit if you have:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.* 7+ years of experience, including 4+ years in Professional Services or pre-sales roles focused on solution architecture and delivery feasibility.* Strong background in services scoping, effort estimation, and risk management for enterprise technology projects.* Broad understanding of automation technologies, integration patterns, and enterprise IT landscapes.* Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, and Customer organizations without direct authority.* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and governance rather than marketing evangelization.**You excel in these key competencies:*** Expertise in solution architecture and delivery feasibility.* Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing multiple pre-sales requests.* Ability to build trust and alignment across diverse internal and external stakeholders.* Governance mindset focuses on deal quality and delivery success.This is an opportunity to work with a global, passionate team pioneering technology that’s redefining the way people work, everywhere.
