About the role You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, conducting market research, and supporting strategic hiring decisions in a collaborative, international environment. Partner with HR and business teams to understand hiring needs Source and attract local talent using job portals, social media, and professional networks Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates Support offer discussions and onboarding processes Ensure compliance with local labor and overseas employment regulations Conduct hiring trend analysis, monitor competitor practices, and prepare recruitment reports Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field 3–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles Advanced English (mandatory) Strong knowledge of the Colombian labor market Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter What we offer Opportunity to work in an international and growing organization Close collaboration with global teams High-impact role with visibility across the business Interested or know someone who might be a good fit?
