REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proven experience in Recruitment . Recruitment Marketing & Content Support Collaborate with marketing to feed the social media engine with recruitment -focused contentunderstanding urgencies and priorities of the recruitment team. Design and manage external recruitment campaigns (social posts, videos, success stories). Ensure consistent employer brand voice across all touchpoints. Develop and improve SOPs for recruitment marketing, candidate communication, and engagement workflows. Implement best practices for scalable and repeatable processes.
