Our Data Analytics Platform is seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our team in Colombia. In this position, you will serve as a technical lead and emerging solution architect, guiding the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade applications. This role demands mastery of Next.js full‑stack applications and Azure cloud services, including distributed API design, integration, and cloud‑native deployments. Alongside leading application teams, you will oversee data pipeline creation through Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and Databricks, and define governance policies for Power Apps. The role requires balancing technical depth with stakeholder engagement, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy. What you’ll do Architect and lead design of complex Next.js applications. Own distributed API implementations (Azure Functions, AKS, API Management). Oversee data ingestion and orchestration pipelines with ADF, Logic Apps, Databricks. Govern Power Apps strategy and best practices across teams. Define technical standards, patterns, and architecture roadmaps. Ensure compliance with performance optimization and security standards. Partner with stakeholders to align technology direction to strategy. Mentor staff across levels and drive knowledge sharing. About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (required). 5+ years of experience in full‑stack and cloud‑native development. Advanced expertise in React/Next.js, Node.js, and Azure cloud systems, microservices. Demonstrated experience in designing secure, resilient applications. Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Logic Apps. Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading modules.
