Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Modality: On-site / Presential. Required English level: C1. Responsibilities Design learning products focused on visual impact, branding, and user experience. Develop leadership, professional, and personal development programs. Facilitate organizational learning content both on-site and virtually. Design and execute onboarding processes in collaboration with HR. Conduct needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and propose effective solutions. Implement adult learning strategies using L&D tools. Develop measurement tools, evaluations, and knowledge assessments. Skills & Competencies At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer supervisor or similar roles Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and content development tools. Facilitation, presentation, and effective communication skills. Ability to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences. High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Education & Certifications University degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Learning Technologies, or related fields. Non-traditional certifications or programs will be considered. Certifications in L&D, HR, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent (preferred). $4,600,000 - $4,600,000 a month #J-18808-Ljbffr
