This is not an operational role, it’s a strategic position where you’ll have the freedom to create, experiment, and scale. Your Mission You’ll be responsible for boosting our digital performance by combining SEO + Paid Media. Your decisions will directly influence brand growth, funnel optimization, and the generation of high-quality leads. What You’ll Do Conduct SEO and performance audits to improve visibility, traffic, and rankings. Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads , always seeking the best ROI. Analyze metrics in GA4 to understand key behaviors and identify real opportunities. Build integrated strategies that connect Paid + Organic to drive conversions and reduce costs. Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights (not just data). Stay up to date on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce strong, aligned campaign visuals. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in SEO, Paid Media, or Growth. Strong command of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4. Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset. Solid understanding of metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
