We’re looking for a SEO Specialist to drive sustainable organic growth across a multi-region healthcare organization by strengthening visibility in both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven answer platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our digital presence is accurate, authoritative, and discoverable across websites, local listings, and AI-powered search environments. What You’ll Do Search Engine, AEO & GEO Optimization Execute SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across Google Search and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Structure content, entities, and information architecture to enhance machine readability, trust signals, and relevance. Technical SEO & Website Optimization Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, redirects, canonicals, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. Partner closely with Web Development to embed SEO requirements into templates, releases, and performance improvements. Content Optimization & Authority Building Develop optimization playbooks, briefs, topical clusters, and refresh cycles for service- and location-based content. Ensure alignment with Google Search Quality Rater Guidelines and E-E-A-T principles. Local SEO & Google Business Profile Management Manage and optimize 100+ Google Business Profiles , including creation, verification, reinstatements, compliance, categories, services, posts, images, Q&A, and reviews. Monitor local volatility, spam, and unauthorized edits in coordination with Operations teams. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, crawling tools, and rank trackers. Analyze trends, identify optimization opportunities, and provide insights to guide organic growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Systems, or related fields. 2+ years of experience working with AEO, GEO, or AI visibility initiatives . Proven experience managing large-scale Google Business Profiles (50+ required; 100+ preferred). Strong technical SEO expertise (crawl/indexation, structured data, site architecture, Core Web Vitals). Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GSC, GA4, crawlers, rank trackers). Experience collaborating with development teams. Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven.
