Reportando al Human Resources Manager de Puig Colombia y Loto del Sur, esta posición jugará un papel clave en la implementación y ejecución de nuestras estrategias globales. El candidato ideal contará con un profundo conocimiento en procesos de adquisición de talento, bienestar, programas de desarrollo y formación. Además, será responsable de identificar las necesidades formativas que impulsen la estrategia de desarrollo, mejoren el desempeño y promuevan la alineación cultural.
Tus retos- Liderar y gestionar los procesos de adquisición de talento para posiciones administrativas de nivel medio y alto, asegurando la atracción de los mejores perfiles para nuestro equipo.
- Implementar y supervisar el proceso de Onboarding para el personal administrativo, asegurando una integración exitosa y el cumplimiento de compromisos durante el periodo de prueba. Liderar la actualización y mantenimiento de perfiles y manuales de funciones, garantizando su alineación con los estándares definidos.
- Gestionar y asegurar la ejecución de los procesos de desarrollo y programas de formación, alineados con el plan de desarrollo del personal administrativo y las directrices globales.
- Gestionar y liderar los procesos relacionados con: el bienestar, clima laboral y comunicación interna, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y apoyando el desarrollo y compromiso de los colaboradores.
- Coordinar y colaborar con los procesos relacionados a la mejora continua de las instalaciones de la oficina, en apoyo con el equipo administrativo para crear un entorno que favorezca el bienestar y la productividad organizacional.
Buscamos un profesional en Administración de Empresas o áreas afines, con especialización deseable en Recursos Humanos e inglés intermedio-avanzado, que cuente con al menos 4 años de experiencia liderando procesos de desarrollo de personal, planes de formación y entrenamiento, manejo de Microsoft Office, conocimiento en técnicas y herramientas para la evaluación, formación y desarrollo del personal, y habilidades en comunicación asertiva, empatía, resolución de conflictos, integridad y confianza, así como capacidad para trabajar en equipo, mantener un enfoque en trabajo productivo.
