Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Analyst Workday: Full time Reports to: HR Director Location: Bogotá – Colombia About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Analyst to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and compliant HR and administrative operations, providing hands‑on support across recruitment, payroll recording, employee documentation, wellness initiatives, and general office management. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams, including HR, Accounting, and Purchasing, and contributes directly to maintaining an efficient, people‑centered workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with solid HR and administrative experience who is looking to grow within a structured yet dynamic organization while making a meaningful impact on day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including new hire onboarding, social security enrollment, and medical leave reimbursements. Record and maintain payroll information accurately within the SIIGO accounting system. Collect, review, and organize employee documentation, ensuring proper filing and record management. Assist in planning and executing employee wellness and engagement initiatives. Prepare and maintain job description manuals and related HR documentation. Support the implementation, monitoring, and execution of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG‑SST). Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as required. Manage and maintain the company’s fixed assets inventory. Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department and offer general office assistance. Requirements Technician or Technologist degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related administrative field. English proficiency: Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced level (B2–C1) is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and administrative management roles. Strong proficiency in Excel; solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, manage multiple priorities, and deliver a high level of internal customer service and responsiveness.
