Senior Frontend Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI) Join to apply for the Senior Frontend Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI) role at Golabs Tech Location: Remote in Colombia (only) We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong proficiency in GenAI, agentic AI solutions, and frontend development . You will be building and integrating semi-autonomous agentic AI solutions aimed at adaptive process orchestration within the BFSI sector . The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment , demonstrates proactive ownership , adaptability, and has the ability to turn incomplete information into structured, scalable solutions . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven agentic solutions for adaptive process orchestration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand BFSI use cases and translate them into technical solutions. Take ownership of the full development lifecycle: from concept to deployment and continuous improvements. Build frameworks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with limited initial structure. Incorporate AI models and tools into scalable, maintainable software architectures. Communicate effectively across teams, demonstrating collaboration, adaptability, and strong soft skills. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer. Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind . Proven experience in GenAI and agentic AI solutions . Strong skills in modern web technologies and frameworks. Experience with process automation, intelligence, or orchestration tools , ideally within BFSI. Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving project scopes . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a startup mindset . Nice to Have Background in BFSI projects or similar highly regulated industries. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and advanced automation tools. Demonstrated ability to introduce structure and scalability in unstructured environments. Passion for emerging technologies and AI innovation. Why Join Us?
