Marsh – Bogotá, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Join to apply for the Property & Casualty Claims Analyst role at Marsh Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join our Operations team in Bogotá. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities Receive and review client claim notices. Create claims in the system and perform an initial analysis of affected policies. Search for and attach relevant documents for the advisory area and archive emails in our system. Manage the email inbox and perform coverage triage. Qualifications Technical or technologist degree in insurance, administration, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property and Casualty insurance (Transport, machinery, fire, liability, IRF). Experience performing claims triage. What makes you stand out Experience working in an insurance brokerage. Insurance technologist certification. Service‑oriented attitude and good relationship skills with internal clients.
