Position Overview: We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will transform pre-qualified leads into students through engaging, personalized consultations, with a performance-based bonus compensation structure. Location: This is a fully remote, contract-based role. We invite candidates from Colombia to apply. You will sell to clients across the APAC region. Responsibilities Connect with potential clients via phone and online channels to understand their educational needs and recommend course options. Apply consultative selling techniques to understand client goals and customize solutions that fit our offerings. Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track sales progress using our CRM system. Surpass monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Requirements Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items or in the education technology sector. English Fluency: Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English. Sales Acumen: A strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth. CRM Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software and sales tracking techniques. Self-Motivation: Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
