Join us as a Merchant Implementation Engineer on our mission to turn payments into possibilities Role Merchant Implementation Engineer: As a Merchant Implementation Engineer, you\'ll be working closely with merchants on implementation of Cellpoint\'s payment orchestration platform. This is a technical hands-on role for someone who loves working directly with customers utilizing their Postman API skills, querying databases and checking the logs to ascertain successful integration. Responsibilities As an expert on the integration, working with customer technical teams to guide them through the integration process. Onboarding of merchants into platform and configuration based on agreed requirements. Use your knowledge on APIs to help & troubleshoot on the integration using tools like Postman and/ or curl. Run SQL queries to validate configuration and integration data. Troubleshoot and review logs and error messages to resolve implementation issues. Develop and execute an appropriate implementation plan for on-boarding, testing, and launching. Configure the Product suite contracted by the merchant. Provide training to a select group of the merchant’s staff. Work with stakeholders technical engineers to streamline integration and onboarding process, highly collaborative and sharing key learnings. Setup technical support and mentor their staff so they can provide full support to the client. Analyze and produce statistics and management reports on integration, onboarding and performance. Skills you will have Hands-on experience (3-7 years) and understanding of the eCommerce payment ecosystem and various roles/players (Payment Service Providers, payment schemes, etc.) Excellent communication and documentation skills ideally bilingual comprehensive in both English and Spanish Developed knowledge of Internet and payments API related technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong SQL knowledge Developed knowledge of Postman API and competency skills Coordination of end-to-end technical implementation of e-commerce payment products Expertise in credit card and international alternative payment solutions Expertise in PCI compliance and latest card schemes mandates Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and client relationships You are eager to bring your unique talents and authenticity to the CellPoint Digital community.
