You’ll be part of a skilled engineering group working on high-impact telecom projects involving UMTS/LTE-FDD technologies and MW systems. Responsibilities RAN (Radio Access Network) Provide technical support and resolve customer tickets within SLAs. Plan and execute preventive/corrective maintenance activities. Integrate and configure NodeB/eNodeB elements according to client standards. Monitor, maintain, and optimize UMTS/LTE-FDD network performance. Generate technical procedures, reports, and KPI analyses. Lead field testing, babysitting, and optimization tasks to enhance service quality. Support the rollout of new network features and functionalities. Microwave (MW) Collaborate with project and technical teams on MW link design and integration. Analyze site/path survey data and prepare materials, test, and cutover plans. Provide remote and on-site support during deployment, integration, and testing. Operate and maintain MW EMS systems, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 3+ years in RAN and/or MW network support. Education: Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT (CCNA certification is a plus). RAN: Networking (GSM/UMTS/LTE-FDD), RF Parameterization, Optimization, KPI Analysis, Advanced Excel. MW: Pathloss (v4/v5), Spectrum Analyzer, BER Tester, Power Meter, MS Office, strong attention to detail.
