Job Overview At Foundation AI, as an Implementation Developer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new customers and the successful implementation of our product - Extract Filer. By collaborating closely with the implementation team, project managers, and clients, you will understand customer requirements and configure the system to meet their needs. Your technical expertise in Python scripting, automation, PostgreSQL, AWS services, and Jira will help drive customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth adoption of our product. Responsibilities Onboarding New Customers: Work with the Project Managers to understand the customer requirements, understand their business processes, and configure the software accordingly. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for customers. Python Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality. Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for automation and implement effective solutions. PostgreSQL: Utilize your knowledge of PostgreSQL SQL to design, develop, and optimize database queries. Ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation while maintaining data integrity within the system. Customer Change Requests: Address and implement customer change requests within the software system. Analyze the impact of requested changes, propose suitable solutions, and work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively. Jira: Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track and manage tasks, issues, and project workflows. Efficiently organize and prioritize your work to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the implementation team, project managers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively, provide technical guidance, and actively participate in meetings and discussions. Troubleshooting and Support: Assist in troubleshooting technical issues that arise during the implementation process. Provide timely support to customers, resolving any software-related problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, customizations, and technical processes. Document implementation procedures, best practices, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and for future reference. Responsibilities may be tailored based on the candidate’s experience and proficiency. Skills and Tools 2-5 years of work experience as a Python Developer, demonstrating your proficiency in Python scripting and automation. Strong understanding of Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, requests, selenium, beautiful-soup, etc., and the ability to utilize them effectively. Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience with relational databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval, manipulation, and data integrity. Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS services like S3, EFS, SES, and Lambda, enabling you to leverage cloud technologies effectively. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools to track and manage tasks, issues, and project workflows. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) to efficiently manage code changes and collaboration. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques, enabling seamless integration of our product with external systems. Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI), showcasing your ability to develop robust applications. Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in configurations and customizations, ensuring a high-quality implementation. Ability to analyze customer change requests and propose appropriate solutions, meeting customer needs effectively. Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of configurations, processes, and solutions. Dependable, motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
