About the Role We are looking for a OutSystems Technical Lead who will lead the delivery of key modules and workstreams within large‑scale enterprise initiatives. You will guide a small team of developers through the full software development lifecycle—ensuring every deliverable meets established design standards, coding best practices, and performance expectations. What You’ll Do Lead a small team ofOutSystemsdevelopers through the complete SDLC. Review andvalidatetechnical designs, user stories, and sprint deliverables. Ensure adherence to coding standards, reusable components, and development best practices. Oversee peer reviews, deployments, and UAT support. Collaborate with architects and project managers for sprint planning and release management Support technical evaluations of other consultants whenrequired, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs What You Bring 8–10 years of experience, including 4+ years inOutSystemsdelivery. Experience in Traditional-to-Reactive migration. Strong background inintegrations, reactive web & mobile development, andLifeTimegovernance. Familiarity with ODC deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps. What We Offer 100% remote work to provide flexibility and work‑life balance.
