The company helps beauty and consumer product brands scale efficiently while maintaining operational excellence. Scope of the Role This is a support role focused on analytics and project execution behind the scenes, ensuring that client-facing deliverables are accurate, polished, and professional. You will work closely with leadership to support multiple projects, maintain high-quality standards, and keep initiatives on track. Duties and Responsibilities Provide analytical support for parcel cost, freight, and carrier studies. Conduct vendor quote comparisons and prepare structured cost analyses. Refine reports, presentations, and SOPs into executive-ready deliverables. Maintain project and initiative trackers to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Monitor project progress and support leadership in meeting client goals. Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to improve visibility and standardization. Perform quality checks on analytics and deliverables to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field. 5+ years of experience in consumer goods supply chain management (beauty/CPG preferred). Broad knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, supply planning, and demand planning. Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and ChatGPT (drafting, analysis, SOP writing). Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Shopify, and EDI transactions. Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing client-ready outputs. Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and polished in deliverables.
