LNG Sales & Marketing Specialist – Relocate to Saudi Arabia This position requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia. It is a permanent full‑time Expat Relocation Package. Job Overview We are seeking an LNG Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing & Supply Planning Division (MSPD) within the Gas Venture Department. SBDD is responsible for sourcing and developing international gas value chain (upstream, liquefaction, marketing, regasification) investment opportunities. Your primary role is to liaise with the commercial business development team that develops the supply side of the LNG business and lead the contract negotiation and management activities for the LNG sourcing contracts, while coordinating with Aramco’s LNG trading desk to optimise the LNG portfolio. Key Responsibilities Identify potential buyers through personal client network, Saudi Aramco client network, or through Market Intelligence reports. Engage with potential clients to assess appetite for LNG purchases. Assess potential buyer’s counterparty risk such as due diligence on operations, financials, management, history, capital structure, credit worthiness, governance and country risk. Negotiate terms of sales contracts: volumes, pricing, timeframe, flexibility clauses, etc. Liaise with support departments to ensure sales contract compliance with local and global regulatory regimes such as taxation and transport regulations, and liaise with the Head of LNG Trading on near‑final sales contract to ensure alignment on contract terms and implications on Aramco portfolio. Sign sales contracts and follow up on administrative execution. Monitor sales contract’s profitability, analyse deltas in profitability and monitor overall portfolio risk (e.g., open positions per index, credit exposure). Define required supply contracts to remain within acceptable exposure range per index and define supply requirements to reach Saudi Aramco’s ambitions in maintaining a healthy supply‑sales balance per index. Identify potential supply sources and reach out to relevant counterparties. Assess supply deals: volumes, durations, pricing, flexibility, counterparty risk, chartering and logistics. Conduct re‑negotiations of contracts with current suppliers. Manage all sales contracts (from Aramco assets and from third parties). Liaise with Strategy and Business Development to develop a full understanding of long‑term LNG supply from Saudi Aramco assets and liaise with suppliers to schedule deliveries. Develop a full picture of current and future LNG sales and delivery obligations. Ensure engagement of Origination in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) task force led by Business Development. Oversee Origination’s participation in assessing the economic viability of investment opportunities in assets driven by Business Development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (advanced degree preferred). 15+ years of experience, including at least 10 years in SPA LNG sales; a trackable record of closing sales agreements, preferably in a major petrochemical or energy industry corporation. Ability to quickly establish credibility and effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership. Strong networking skills within and across company organisations. Capability to work effectively within a matrix organisation and with multidisciplinary teams.
