Business Technology Lead - Bilingual English/Spanish We are seeking an experienced Business Technology Leader to drive enterprise process and solutions architecture and lead cross-functional teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions while ensuring and creating the highest level of quality and compliance standards. 100% Remote in Colombia What We Are Looking For As a BTL, you will manage stakeholder relationships, use our solutions and taxonomy architecture frameworks and lead process consultancy efforts to align business and technology goals. Additionally, you will lead initiatives in organization design and implementation, as well as change management processes. Responsibilities Manage business solutions architecture and taxonomy strategies. Lead process consultancy to assess and implement technological solutions. Oversee business process improvements and ensure alignment with business needs. Manage data modeling, visualization, and feasibility assessments. Ensure quality management processes are followed. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration across departments. Lead organizational design, change management, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure strict compliance with information security, data protection, and assurance policies. Incorporate Design in Figma knowledge to facilitate collaboration between design and technology teams. Utilize programming understanding to bridge business needs and technical execution. Qualifications Expertise in solutions architecture, consultancy, quality, and demand management. Strong knowledge of information security, personal data protection, and information assurance. Proven track record in organization design and change management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to innovate and drive business process improvements. Advanced knowledge of Design in Figma. Advanced understanding of technical solutions as an administrator to align business and Enterprise & Business Architecture: Designs and manages solutions architecture and process taxonomy to support business strategy. Business Process Improvement: Oversees continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Strategic Planning & Feasibility Assessment: Leads strategic planning efforts and conducts feasibility assessments. Process Consultancy: Provides high-level consultancy to senior and intermediate leadership on business and technology strategies. Programming Knowledge: Possesses strong programming knowledge to bridge technical and business requirements. Data Visualization & Data Modelling: Uses data to inform and drive business strategies. Demand & Resource Management: Manages demand and resource processes to ensure project success. Information Security & Personal Data Protection: Leads efforts to secure information systems and protect personal data. Information Assurance: Ensures that all information systems adhere to confidentiality, integrity, and availability standards. Organization Design & Implementation: Leads efforts in organizational design to align business and technology goals. Organization Change Management: Drives change management initiatives to support business and technological transformations. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Manages teams and builds strong relationships with Communication & Collaboration: Facilitates communication and collaboration across business units in both English and Spanish.
