Topline Heating and Air seeks a highly motivated Sales/Lead Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing warm leads through the sales pipeline, ultimately driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven approach to converting leads into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities Engage and follow up with warm leads provided by the company. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine sales potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement. Manage and update the CRM system (GHL) with accurate and timely lead information. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet conversion targets. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections professionally. Track and report on lead conversion performance and key sales metrics. Continuously refine sales strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales is a MUST. Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills to assess lead quality and sales performance. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
