Overview We are looking for a remote Senior Recruiter to join our team, who will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top-tier creative talent to support the company's mission of delivering exceptional design services. As a Senior Recruiter, you will identify and secure highly skilled designers and creatives, helping the company thrive as a leading remote design agency. Job Details Pay Rate (Per Hour): $5.25 - $5.75 Working Hours: M-F 9am-6pm (Colombia time) Employment Type: Contract Employee Department: Human Resources (HR) Job Level: Entry Level Experience: 3 Years Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and attract top-tier creative professionals, including graphic designers, brand designers, and web designers across global markets. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to international hiring, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates. Candidate Assessment: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence as a desirable workplace by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through various platforms. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Job Advertising & Outreach: Post job openings on country-specific employment sites, industry networks, and creative platforms to target the right talent pools. Interview & Selection Process: Coordinate and optimize the interview process, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience. Market Research & Trends: Stay up to date with global hiring trends in the creative industry, leveraging insights to refine recruitment strategies. Data-Driven Hiring Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to improve hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, and candidate quality. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain engagement with past and prospective candidates, building a talent pool for future hiring needs. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, preferably within a creative agency or global hiring environment. Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing and hiring creative professionals across multiple regions. Global Perspective: Experience working with international talent pools, understanding different hiring markets, and cultural hiring nuances. Technology Proficiency: Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting tools for effective hiring. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Adaptability & Proactiveness: A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
