Technical Support Engineer (Remote – Latam) We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer in Latin America . As a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a key liaison between developers and the platform, helping solve complex technical challenges and enhancing the overall user experience. You will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot SDKs, APIs, and other software components while providing timely, high-quality support to customers. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong programming background, a passion for developer tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will also contribute to internal knowledge bases, participate in process improvements, and help shape the future of the platform. This fully remote role offers exposure to global clients and cutting‑edge technologies, with opportunities for professional growth and learning.
