United States Remote positions may be performed in any state where IPSY has a business presence. This role is fully remote and reports to the Chief Merchandising Officer. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic & Financial Leadership: Create and drive strategy for membership offerings and experience in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising and Technology teams. Define and execute the vision and business plan for current offerings and future launches, aiming for ambitious growth, retention, and member economics. Member Experience & Value: Leverage the full set of member benefits to drive lifetime value, reduce churn, and improve lifetime contribution margin. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Growth Marketing, Brand, CRM, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and CX to optimize the member journey from onboarding to renewal. Forecasting & Measurements: Partner with Finance and Analytics to strengthen forecasting accuracy, performance tracking, and strategic planning; support test-and-learn approaches across pricing, promotions, and features. What We Are Looking For A strategic, consumer-obsessed leader who can turn vision into action—driving growth, innovation, and deeper member love. 12+ years of experience leading consumer strategy, product, or general management within membership-driven, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Strong analytical and financial instincts, with a track record of using data to shape strategy and deliver measurable business impact. Natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Tech to create cohesive member experiences. Operationally excellent, detail-oriented, and able to connect strategy, storytelling, and execution at scale. Proven success in building or scaling membership or loyalty programs that boost retention and lifetime value. Creative problem solver who designs personalized, high-touch experiences for members. Strong communicator and storyteller with the ability to influence at all levels and inspire teams toward a shared vision. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
