About this Role Kiva’s Impact Investments team works with investees globally, engaging with lending partners and those accepting debt financing managed by Kiva’s investment arm, Kiva Capital Management. This role, based in Bogotá, Colombia, is pivotal in scaling Kiva’s impact by sourcing, developing, and managing debt investments in high-impact social enterprises, particularly in Latin America. The Investment Manager is tasked with identifying promising businesses, carrying out rigorous due diligence, and fostering trust-based relationships to further Kiva’s mission.
