Virtual Sales Assistant (Work From Home) Primavera Talent is proud to be partnering with SLAPS, a global creative company working at the intersection of sports, lifestyle, music, and technology. Unlike typical freelance roles, this position is offered under a full Colombian indefinite contract , including all standard benefits (EPS, pension, paid time off, prima, and statutory protections). SLAPS is looking to invest in someone who wants to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company continues to scale. Location : Remote (Colombia-based) Compensation : Competitive monthly compensation (aligned with experience and hours) Schedule : Monday to Friday, either part-time or full-time The Role As a Virtual Sales Assistant, you will support SLAPS’ founder and sales efforts by helping drive top‑of‑funnel outreach. Initially, the role will be focused on structured, outbound sales activity, with email scripts and guidance provided. Over time, there is strong potential for the role to evolve into a more thought‑led, strategic sales position, depending on performance and interest. Key Responsibilities Prospecting leads using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Identifying relevant contacts within defined categories and industries Finding and verifying professional email addresses Sending scripted outbound emails and LinkedIn messages Managing prospect lists and basic sales admin Tracking outreach activity and responses Supporting light sales operations and administrative tasks as needed Must-Have Skills & Experience Advanced / professional English (written and spoken) Previous experience in a sales, lead generation, or client outreach role Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Comfortable with email outreach and high-volume messaging Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow structured processes Tools You’ll Use Gmail / Google Workspace Ideal Candidate Profile 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales support, lead generation, or outreach Proactive and eager to learn - not just “task‑based” Interested in growing into a more strategic sales role over time Comfortable starting with repetitive outreach work and building momentum Curious about creative industries, branding, sports, lifestyle, or tech Working Style & Culture Fit Fast‑paced, founder‑led environment Clear direction initially, with increasing autonomy over time Strong emphasis on reliability, follow‑through, and adaptability Opportunity to grow responsibilities based on performance Competitive monthly compensation (aligned with experience and hours) Full Colombian indefinite contract (incl.
