Location: RemoteDepartment: Human ResourcesContract Type: PermanentWork Mode: Remote / Flexible Position Overview The RECRUITER is responsible for executing strategic sourcing and recruitment initiatives for assigned positions. This role ensures the seamless delivery of the full recruitment cycle, including innovative sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and presenting qualified talent to hiring managers. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the recruiter serves as the first point of contact for prospective employees and plays a critical role in securing top talent for the organization’s remote operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Expertise Manage full-cycle recruitment with a target of 55 days time‑to‑fill. Apply advanced interviewing techniques and maintain strong knowledge of supported positions, organizational structure, and employment laws. Focus primarily on roles within the Springs portfolio (Community Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Associates, Maintenance Supervisors, and Technicians). Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to remote and competitive talent markets. Partner with hiring managers and the TA team to address challenging roles. Build and sustain talent pipelines through networking, industry partnerships, and university outreach. Candidate Management Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and competencies. Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on applicant pool quality and recruitment progress. Present pre‑screened candidates, facilitate interviews, and support offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate journey through transparent communication, realistic job previews, and detailed benefit information. Administrative Support Oversee job postings, interview scheduling, assessments, reference checks, background checks, and offer letters. Maintain accurate candidate records and proactively share insights impacting recruitment strategies. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Uphold compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Represent the organization at virtual career fairs and remote outreach events. Continuously refine recruitment and interviewing practices based on feedback and market trends. Skills & Qualifications Experience Minimum of 2 years in full‑cycle recruitment. High‑volume recruitment experience preferred; property management recruitment is a plus. Technical & Soft Skills Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. Exceptional collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive independently in fast‑paced, remote environments.
