As the United Kingdom Delivery Team enters its 4th year of working alongside the Peruvian Government in the delivery of over $5Bn of social and flood infrastructure, we are expanding. We are searching for an inspirational team leader to steer our Integrated Solutions Delivery Assurance team through this next exciting period of growth.

In the next year, we will be supporting our client deliver a 5-fold increase in the volume of works compared to the previous year, with construction starting on 7 city drainage schemes, 17 river defence projects and unique reforestation and early warning systems projects.

You will be a recognised expert in PMO and Project Controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders)

You will lead and direct Project teams in the administration of the PMO and Project Controls process, particularly with respect to the cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting.

You’ll need to have:

You’ll also have

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. 

Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the xxx sector.

Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. 

Strong commercial and financial acumen. 

Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. 

Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. 

Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
