Kwai is seeking a Content Partnerships Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and account support for media syndication partnerships in the Colombian market. This is a mid-senior position requiring strong business development experience in the media industry, with the ability to develop high-value, high-return partnerships for the platform. Responsibilities: Manage, prioritize, and execute deal flow, negotiate, and close deals supporting Kwai's content strategy and initiatives. Identify new partners for support and valuation by preparing business cases for stakeholders. Work with existing partners to optimize content strategy and audience development to ensure their success on Kwai. Collaborate with vertical operations, content strategy, and marketing teams to meet company requirements. Prepare reports and insights to measure partnership progress. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in content acquisition or partner management for digital distributors, media companies, or social media platforms, with emphasis on the Colombian market. Proven success in managing and executing media partnership pipelines in Colombia. Strong understanding of Colombian News & Sports media, including print, TV, radio, and digital. Experience working with Product & Content Operations teams to operationalize content strategies and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and support recommendations with data. Knowledge of the independent and citizen journalist space. Excellent writing, presentation, and analytical skills. English/Spanish bilingual preferred. Ability to operate independently and succeed in a high-intensity, rapidly evolving environment.
