Responsibilities
Copyedit press releases, cover news developments, and provide event coverage.

Demonstrate strong work ethic and professionalism.

Requirements
Solid editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and excellent command of grammar and punctuation.

Ideally 5+ years of news writing/editing experience.

Knowledge of AP style is a must.

BA/BS in Technical Writing, Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent is a plus.

Strong research and investigative skills.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; a good sense of humor is mandatory.

Dedicated, ambitious, quick, confident, and serious.

Comfortable working with explicit subject matter.

Must be a team player.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay: Hourly, $ 10.00 – 12.00
