Join us in shaping the future of employee benefits What You’ll Do As an EDI Specialist, you will support the success of our integrations by analyzing, testing, and maintaining electronic data exchange across ThrivePass systems. You will: Consistently hit quarterly Big 3 goals while embodying our CARE values. Capture and document business and functional requirements; conduct analysis and testing. Manage 30+ file integration projects and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure EDI offerings meet client needs and regulatory standards. Work directly with carriers and vendors on requirements, testing, and go-live. Troubleshoot EDI issues and provide technical support to partners and internal teams. Use configuration tools in our proprietary middleware software to automate file processes. Partner with internal developers to build automations and set up secure file transfers (SFTP). Monitor and maintain production files, ensuring smooth EDI lifecycle operations. Identify patterns in recurring issues and recommend solutions. Contribute to documentation and the continuous improvement of internal processes. What You Bring We’re looking for a motivated team player eager to grow and make a meaningful impact. Here’s what will help you thrive in this role: 1+ years of experience working with EDI formats (e.g., Fixed Width, JSON, XML). Familiarity with benefit enrollment platforms (e.g., TPA, COBRA, CDH, Health & Wealth). Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Attention to detail and strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, and COBRA is a plus.
