Job Description As a Demand Planner , you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic Supply Chain team, ensuring accurate and timely demand forecasting. Visit The Qualifications We Seek Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methods. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities. Ability to work independently under general supervision. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, Statistics , or other related analytical fields. Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook and Word . Excel proficiency at an intermediate level (working with large datasets and pivot tables). Experience with forecasting systems . Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel . Experience with Oracle . Experience in Tagetik, Demantra , or other similar forecasting programs. Experience with Alteryx (preferred). Your Daily Tasks Support order management processes and collaborate with Customer Service to address demand-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies between forecasts and actual orders. Analyze and quantify the impact of promotional activities on demand patterns, working closely with Sales to incorporate promotional lifts into forecasts. Act as a primary point of contact between Supply Chain, Sales, and external customers' replenishment teams. Acquire, analyze, and incorporate customer data and insights into the development of customer SKU-level demand plans. Assemble and analyze data pertinent to creating forecasts, including historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, POS, and inventory levels. Monitor and adjust customer SKU-level (Stock-Keeping Units) demand plans using analytical and statistical tools, intelligence gathering, and collaboration. Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management, including forecast accuracy and inventory plan versus targets. Provide reliable points of contact for forecast data, inventory management, operational models, historical sales analysis, and scenario development.
