With three projects launching in 2026 and continued growth expected, this role is critical to improving forecasting discipline, operational organization, and execution reliability across the full development lifecycle. This is a senior, hands‑on role designed to reduce fire drills, improve budget and schedule predictability, and free senior team members to focus on higher‑leverage work. Core Outcomes (What Success Looks Like) Within 12 months, this role will have: Established clear, reliable development budgets, schedules, forecasts, and project‑level financial tracking that management can trust Implemented and owned a forward‑looking planning system (12‑month horizon with rolling 30‑60‑90 day execution plans) Significantly reduced last‑minute activities by proactively coordinating vendors, consultants, and material procurement Reclaimed internal capacity by removing Sebastian from low‑leverage, execution‑heavy tasks Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Own the end‑to‑end project plan across the development lifecycle, from early feasibility support through construction and close‑out Build and maintain master schedules, identify risks early, and drive follow‑ups to keep projects on track or ahead of schedule Coordinate vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure materials, scopes, and deliverables are procured and delivered on time Act as the internal driver of execution discipline across all active projects Budgeting, Forecasting & Project Financials Develop and maintain project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost tracking at a level that supports confident decision‑making Track commitments, actuals, and variances; surface issues early with clear explanations and options Partner with leadership to support scenario planning and option analysis , particularly in early development phases Ensure financial tracking aligns with how projects are actually being executed in the field Team & Stakeholder Coordination Drive schedules and accountability with vendors and consultants; ensure follow‑through without constant escalation Work closely with the General Contractor while not serving as the primary GC relationship owner Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership on progress, risks, and decisions needed Systems & Process Ownership Select, implement, and own the project management toolset (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.) Create repeatable processes for planning, tracking, and reporting that scale as AGB grows Improve organizational rigor without adding unnecessary bureaucracy Ideal Candidate Profile 7–12+ years of experience in multifamily real estate development , including renovations and ground‑up projects Strong background in project budgeting, forecasting, and construction‑phase financial tracking Proven ability to manage complex schedules, multiple stakeholders, and moving parts simultaneously Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning ambiguity Experience working with U.S.-based development teams strongly preferred Comfortable operating remotely with clear communication and accountability Willing and able to travel to the U.S. occasionally for site visits and team alignment Why This Role Matters This hire is foundational to AGB’s next stage of growth.
