Mentor engineers on system design, NoSQL data modeling, integration patterns, and testing best practices. Collaborate with Product, QA, Design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver high‑quality features. Define and coordinate shared schemas, APIs, and integration contracts for both internal and external services. Decompose early‑stage feature discovery into clear technical tasks with long‑term scalability in mind. Drive platform robustness through well‑informed architectural decisions, efficient data structures, and seamless cross‑service integrations. Job Requirements Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken). 7+ years of experience as a Fullstack Tech Lead focused on Mobile Development Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible, but being on time for meetings is crucial) Strong leadership in software architecture with deep expertise in Node.js/NestJS, React, and React Native all in TypeScript. Advanced NoSQL data modeling skills, particularly with AWS DocumentDB, including hierarchical structures, large datasets, multi‑tenant models, and RBAC/ABAC authorization patterns. Proven experience optimizing performance through indexing and thoughtful data structure design. Expertise in designing and integrating complex systems using synchronous/asynchronous APIs, microservices, BFFs, domain services, and event/queue‑driven architectures. Solid understanding of system design, distributed architecture, and DevOps best practices. Strong testing culture leadership, working alongside QA to define strategies using Jest (unit/integration) and Cypress/Playwright (E2E). Nice to have Experience with AWS services and cloud‑native architectures. Familiarity with multi‑tenant SaaS platforms and authorization models (RBAC/ABAC). Exposure to event‑driven and real‑time systems. Passion for agriculture, sustainability, or environmental tech. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
