This strategic role acts as a key financial advisor and business partner, working closely with regional and global leaders to ensure financial discipline, insightful analysis, and effective decision-making aligned with our operational and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary financial contact and trusted advisor for regional Operations, Projects and Other Businesses Collaborate with functional leaders, finance stakeholders, and project teams to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis. Lead the control and monitoring of financial performance, focusing on forecast accuracy and budget management. Support the Forecast and Budget processes, ensuring timely and accurate planning and reporting. Lead the analysis of business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with financial targets. Act decisively with sound financial judgment, providing insights and recommendations to keep projects and operations on track. Facilitate clear communication between regional and global teams, ensuring alignment on financial goals and performance. Support the forecast and budget processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Over 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to act decisively, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders. Preferred Skills Proficiency with Hyperion, Power BI, and other financial reporting tools. Experience supporting large-scale projects or transformation initiatives.
