Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia) Digital Media Buyer Position Description Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients to support their marketing efforts. Communicate with clients via email and meetings, ensuring alignment on strategy and performance goals. Collaborate across internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies. Produce KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights. Analyze cross‑channel performance data to identify optimization opportunities. Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data‑driven decision‑making to enhance campaign performance. Assist in implementing best practices and proprietary technology to optimize marketing strategies. Provide creative and copy recommendations based on historical performance data. What You’ll Learn Paid Social : Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn. Paid Search : Optimize Google Ads and Bing campaigns. Programmatic : Work with DSPs for display, video, native ads. Email Marketing : Craft campaigns, segment audiences, test and automate. Affiliate Marketing : Drive traffic and conversions through partnership programs. SEO : Optimize website content and structure. Influencer Marketing : Collaborate with influencers for awareness and conversions. Retail Media : Advertise on e‑commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop). Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Interview process includes: Cognitive Aptitude and Typing Test; Logic assessment on basic data analytics and problem‑solving. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: 4.5 M COP monthly. Additional Details This is a fully in‑office role based in Bogotá, Colombia. Candidates must be available to work on‑site five days a week. This is an entry‑level position.
