PROVE Partners, LLC, founded in 2003 and based in Las Vegas, Nevada and Denver, Colorado, is a patient‑centric complex claims administration and healthcare finance company that offers a full‑suite of financial products to injury victims, medical providers, and law firms throughout the United States. Our mission is to help injury victims at their greatest time of need. Position Summary The Loss Mitigation Paralegal (remote) plays a critical role in PROVE’s Servicing Department, focusing on two core areas: 1. Identifying and resolving No Longer Represented (NLR) cases, and 2. Recovering misdirected settlement funds (Third‑Party Payments or 3PP). This role requires strong communication skills, legal acumen, and persistent follow‑through to protect PROVE’s lien and recovery rights. Core Responsibilities Investigate and manage all aspects of NLR case reviews, confirming representation status, engaging plaintiffs, collecting updated case details and ensuring lien protection. Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, paralegals, and plaintiffs, maintaining consistent communication to obtain missing information and move cases toward resolution. Investigate and resolve scenarios where settlement funds were improperly issued, securing proof of payment, requesting reissued checks, coordinating refunds or netting arrangements, and pursuing recovery until fully resolved. Document all findings and communications in PROVE’s case‑management system, identify early signs of risk, and elevate cases to management or General Counsel when needed. Collaborate with Resolution Managers, leadership, and General Counsel on escalations, repayment plan approvals, demand letters, and complex case resolutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; law degree or legal training strongly preferred. 2–5+ years of experience in personal injury, insurance claims, collections litigation support, medical lien servicing, or related legal work. Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level). Comfort with high‑volume outreach and managing sensitive plaintiff communications. Strong investigative skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively. Professional, clear, and empathetic communication style. Preferred Experience Prior experience with U.S. personal injury matters, medical liens, or insurance billing. Familiarity with law firm operations, claim workflows, or case‑management systems. Experience working remotely with U.S. clients, law firms, or insurance carriers. Traits of a Successful Candidate Persistent, organized, and detail‑driven. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex cases. Confident communicator who handles sensitive conversations with professionalism. Takes ownership, follows through relentlessly, and thrives in a high‑accountability environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
