Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and optimize secure, scalable applications that deliver outstanding user experiences and robust backend architectures. You will work across frontend, backend, and DevOps workflows, contributing to reliable, high‑performance systems in a cloud‑native, microservices‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Build responsive, high‑performance web applications using React or Angular. Implement modern UI patterns, state management, and reusable component libraries. Integrate real‑time dashboards, analytics visualizations, and interactive tools. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Backend Development Develop backend services using Python (FastAPI) or Node.js, leveraging REST and gRPC APIs. Design and maintain relational and NoSQL data models (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB). Implement event‑driven architectures using Kafka or similar message brokers. Apply API versioning, data validation, and fault‑tolerance best practices. DevOps, CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure Deploy, monitor, and optimize workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. Apply monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices to ensure production stability. Security & Compliance Apply secure coding practices (OAuth2, mTLS, RBAC, encryption at rest/in transit). Manage secrets and credentials securely (Vault, cloud key management). Perform vulnerability scanning and align with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. Collaboration & Documentation Work within Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and code reviews. Maintain clear technical documentation for APIs, workflows, and infrastructure. Collaborate closely with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver features end to end. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Experience: 4+ years of full stack development. Technical Expertise Frontend: React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, API integration. Backend: Python (FastAPI) or Node.js, REST, gRPC, Kafka. Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, query optimization. Cloud & DevOps: Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps. Security: OAuth2, mTLS, Vault, vulnerability scanning tools. Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry. Best practices: TDD, automated testing, performance optimization, code reviews. Language English proficiency B2 or higher (spoken and written) – mandatory. Soft Skills Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Clear communication in technical and business contexts. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
