With offices in the US, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Europe, and China – and a vibrant tech team in Bogotá – we’re building next-generation platforms that blend modern web applications, event-driven backends, and automation for scalable, secure, high-performance systems.The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize secure, scalable applications that combine exceptional user experiences with robust backend architectures. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and DevOps workflows in a cloud-native, microservices-driven environment – from concept to deployment.What You’ll Do:Build responsive, high-performance web apps with React or Angular. Develop backend services with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js, using REST & gRPC APIs. Design and optimize PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB data models. Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka. Deploy and monitor workloads in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Apply best practices in security, observability, and compliance. Collaborate in Agile teams, delivering features end-to-end. What You Bring:Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 4+ years professional full-stack experience. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, FastAPI/Node.js. Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of OAuth2, mTLS, Vault, and secure coding practices. Fluent English (B2+), spoken and written.
