The Impact of a Digital Solutions Advisor at Coupa: The Digital Solutions Advisor plays a pivotal role in transforming how Coupa showcases its platform to the world. By creating and scaling engaging digital demo experiences, this role helps accelerate sales cycles and deepen customer understanding of Coupa’s value. Through innovative storytelling and collaboration across teams, the Digital Solutions Advisor ensures every prospect experiences the power of Coupa AI and Total Spend Management firsthand. Their work directly impacts pipeline growth, deal velocity, and overall customer confidence in choosing Coupa. What you will do: Implement Coupa Virtual Demo strategy within specific Regions/Market segments Coordinate activities with Products Specialists globally to create/record demos videos for all solution areas Train VSCs on best practices/tips for recording demo videos Create/edit/publish high quality recorded demos for publication to prospects/customers via Demo Content platform (Consensus) Train and support AEs on use of Demo Content platform (Consensus) What you will bring to Coupa: At least 3 years of experience in a technology company, with a focus on Sales and/or Marketing Minimum 2 years of experience in video and digital content production, including recorded demos and video editing Strong communication, presentation, and graphic design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver cohesive content Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with Spend Management, Financial Applications, and SaaS is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
