Join to apply for the Officer – Finance role at Rubber King Tyre Private Limited Overview The Officer – Finance is responsible for the final payment process as per Director guidelines, creating summaries of payment reports, and communicating in summarized form to the Director. The role also handles various commercial and financial tasks assigned by the Director, supports the Finance Head for banking and MIS-related work, liaises with bankers, government authorities and revenue authorities, analyses MIS with department heads to ensure compliance with standard norms, and prepares consolidated MIS to aid management decisions. Responsibilities Responsible for the final payment process as per Director Guidelines. Responsible for defining summaries of payment reports. Responsible for all communications scanned in summarized form and reported to Director. Responsible for any commercial and financial task assigned by the Director from time to time. Support to Finance Head for banking and MIS-related work. Liaison with bankers, government authorities, and revenue authorities. Evaluating MIS in depth, coordinating with departmental HODs to ensure compliance with standard norms. Presenting to Management consolidated MIS on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to facilitate business decisions. Verification of monthly management accounting reports and analysis of key financial data with explanations for any unusual variation. Developing, implementing and monitoring various MIS throughout the organization, and eliminating duplicate or unproductive reports and data. Implementing, fixing, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the budget for all departments across all group companies. Developing, implementing and supervising a control system to ensure the budget is maintained and controlled. Handling day-to-day ERP issues of team members and resolving them with the ERP department and the company ERP consultant.
