This is a generalist role with a strong focus on execution, data, and performance. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, proactive, and eager to learn , with solid experience in at least one core digital marketing channel (Google Ads, Email Marketing, or Paid Media), and openness to expanding their skill set across tools and platforms. Time zone alignment and ownership are key, as this role works closely with the founder and client teams. Responsibilities & Qualifications Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Assist with content marketing (AI‑assisted content is acceptable) Support SEO initiatives and performance tracking Work with paid social channels (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads – nice to have) Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Google Analytics, spreadsheets, CRM data) Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights Collaborate across marketing tools and workflows for multiple clients 3+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics Data‑driven and analytical mindset Experience working across multiple marketing tools and platforms Email marketing experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot LinkedIn (organic and/or paid) Paid social platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Familiarity with tools like Clay, Instantly, Dripify, RB2B Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing Industry Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Vintti by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
