**Resumen de trabajo**
Liderar el equipo de Desarrollo de Clientes y Marketing de Consumo implementando un programa de Revenue Management dirigido a
mejorar las capacidades de CP en: Precios, Condiciones Comerciales, Estrategia Promocional, Packs & Formatos Arquitectura, y Mix.
La responsabilidad de este puesto es gestionar las 7 palancas de precios (Precio de estantería no promocionado / Precio de estantería promocional / Flujo de precios
/ Mix / Pack and size / New Products and Cross border pricing) y ASP con un enfoque claro en lo que hay para Shopper,
Cliente y CP, solicitando explicaciones para proporcionar una comprensión clara de la evolución de los costos, a fin de garantizar la
consecución de la rentabilidad presupuestada.
**Responsabilidades/Responsabilidades**
Definir, diseñar e implementar un programa de mejora de Revenue Management en Colgate Palmolive. Definir qué herramienta analítica se necesita
Ejecute múltiples proyectos de gestión de ingresos en numerosos RE y clientes capitalizando oportunidades en fijación de precios, optimización de promociones, efectividad de términos comerciales, estrategia Mix y Pack/Formatos
Gestión de las 7 palancas de precios (Precio de góndola no promocionado / Precio de góndola promocional / Flujo de precios / Mezcla / Paquete y tamaño / Nuevos productos y Precios transfronterizos) y ASP
Definir la integración de Revenue Management tanto en la planificación anual como en los procesos de generación de informes mensuales.
Liderar taller RGM para categorías clave en Colombia, Perú y Ecuador
Preparar las bases para el desarrollo de diferentes escenarios con fines presupuestarios.
Supervise constantemente la relación entre los precios y costos reales, frente a los presupuestados y realice un seguimiento del rendimiento de las diferentes iniciativas de RGM frente al presupuesto.
Estrategia e implementación de precios y dimensionamiento de clientes potenciales para clientes en diferentes Res y Categorías. Liderar proceso SPI
Estrategia de gestión de mezcla de liderazgo en categorías y tamaños para aumentar la rentabilidad para CP y clientes
Trabajar con el equipo de marketing minorista para definir oportunidades de optimización de GTN
Rango de Calificaciones
Describe la educación formal, la experiência, las habilidades técnicas requeridas para realizar con éxito el trabajo genérico.
**Nível de Educación**:Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o ingeniero industrial preferiblemente con Maestría.
**Años de experiência (rango)**: 8-12 años. de experiência funcional requerida
**Experiência Funcional y Habilidades Técnicas**: +5 Años. de Experiência RGM.
100% dominio del inglés y alto nível de MS Office y herramientas de Google
