Senior Contract Fulfilment Analyst Bogota, Colombia (Hybrid) Contract – Mid‑Senior level About the Role As the Senior Contract Fulfilment Analyst Americas you will be responsible for managing Americas Global Agreements; being the entry point for customer queries, executing billing and reporting, and supporting negotiations or new contracts to foster standardization. Within the Regional Processes Owner (RPO) role you will identify, formalize, and improve business processes by mapping workflows, measuring key performance indicators, and promoting tools and techniques that enhance efficiency and performance. You will lead a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities Define, review and validate billing requirements. Ensure SAP is properly set up and control billing of contracts/products in charge, performing manual calculations based on complex contract conditions. Define, review and validate automatic reporting requirements. Produce internal/external commercial reports in agreement with multinational accounts and commercial account managers, monitoring revenue and incentives incurred by the contracts in charge. Track revenue deviations versus previous year and contract conditions. Identify root causes for deviations (discounts, contractual status, etc.) and validate commercial conditions from a revenue‑management viewpoint. Serve as the entry point for Customers, Sales, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Account Managers and Commercial Finance areas regarding billing and reporting topics. Respond to ad‑hoc requests and lead periodic meetings with customers for complex contracts to follow up on billing figures, calculations, reporting and contract conditions. Control and manage accounts, track revenue deviations compared to expected revenue, identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and detect and avoid billing errors through proper control procedures and checks. Support regular evolution of best practices, coordinate decisions with other Finance and non‑Finance stakeholders concerning Order‑to‑Cash processes, validate and approve FSC KPIs and SLAs, update local SOPs, provide training materials, and implement agreed improvement opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accounting experience. Good problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret and implement complex financial data. Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, ideally in a multinational company. Reliability in meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities. player ability to collaborate effectively across the finance department and the organization. Customer Service Orientation: courteous and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and resolving payment issues. Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Knowledge of SAP systems, Excel, PowerBI and Qlik tools.
