As we expand our presence in the LATAM region, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on recruiting Microsoft (Azure) Engineers and Data Engineers. Job Overview: As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toparo Talent, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and recruiting Microsoft Azure Engineers and Data Engineers in the LATAM region. You will leverage your technical knowledge, recruitment expertise, and understanding of the LATAM market to build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates who meet our clients' high standards. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, particularly Microsoft (Azure) Engineers and Data Engineers, from sourcing to onboarding. Targeted Sourcing: Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract Azure and Data Engineering talent, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards. Technical Screening: Conduct detailed screenings to evaluate candidates' technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and data engineering, ensuring a strong match with client requirements. Collaboration: Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to understand their technical needs, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure the best candidate fit. Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs, ensuring a quick turnaround for client demands. Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through the recruitment process with professionalism and clear communication. Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Azure and data engineering, as well as regional hiring trends within LATAM. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, using data to optimize the recruitment process. Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and other networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates and stay connected with the tech community. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on cloud (Azure) and data engineering roles, preferably within the LATAM region. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, data engineering frameworks, and related technologies, with the ability to assess technical skills effectively. Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using a variety of tools and techniques. Client-Focused: Ability to understand and align with client needs, delivering high-quality candidates that meet specific technical and cultural requirements. Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of the cultural and economic factors influencing the LATAM market, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates across the region. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both candidates and clients. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and team members. Organizational Skills: High level of organizational ability, including managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
