They help businesses grow through data-driven digital strategies, including paid media, full-funnel marketing, and customer acquisition programs. The agency focuses on measurable performance, scalable growth systems, and long-term client partnerships. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Outbound Growth Manager to build and scale the outbound acquisition engine for a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency. This is a hands-on, player-coach role responsible for owning outbound strategy, execution, testing, and optimization end-to-end. The ideal candidate has strong experience running cold email and LinkedIn campaigns, sourcing and segmenting lead lists, managing HubSpot workflows, and generating high-quality, sales-ready pipeline. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to build a repeatable outbound system that can scale into a dedicated SDR function over time. Key Responsibilities Design and execute outbound strategies to drive qualified pipeline growth. Build and refine ICPs and segmentation strategies by industry, budget, and service fit. Own monthly MQL and pipeline quality targets aligned with leadership. Create, test, and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Write all outbound copy, including emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and objection-handling sequences. A/B test subject lines, messaging hooks, positioning, and CTAs to improve performance. Manage outbound conversations until qualified meetings are booked. Source, clean, enrich, and segment prospect lists while maintaining strong data quality standards. Build and manage nurture campaigns for long-term prospects and existing CRM contacts. Own outbound execution inside Instantly, MeetAlfred, and HubSpot. Track performance based on pipeline quality and revenue impact. Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve qualification standards and messaging. Partner with marketing to ensure consistent positioning and brand voice. 4+ years of hands-on outbound, sales development, or growth experience. Proven experience running outbound campaigns end-to-end. Experience working with marketing agencies, B2B services, or complex service-based companies. Strong outbound copywriting experience (cold email and LinkedIn outreach). Demonstrated success generating sales-qualified pipeline. Hands-on experience with: HubSpot (required) Instantly or similar cold email tools MeetAlfred or similar LinkedIn automation platforms Strong analytical and testing mindset. Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable owning projects independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Salary: Starting at $2,500+ USD per month , competitive and negotiable based on experience. Schedule: Full-time, aligned with U.S. business hours. Performance Bonus: Additional variable compensation tied to outbound performance and pipeline quality.
