Key Responsibilities Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. Client Needs Understanding: Deeply understanding the needs, goals, and challenges of key clients. Strategic Planning: Creating and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue. Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues. Internal administration: Help leader collect and analyze data, infos and report. Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and renewals with key clients. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by key clients. Profile and Experience Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Language: English and Spanish. Office application: Proficient in using office software. Working experience: At least 2 years of experience in home appliance sales or retail, especially TV, air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
